Put on the kangoo shoes and move for an hour without any side effect. The result is joy and a lot used calorie. It is like rollerskating but instead of wheels a spring is attached to the sole of the shoe.

Kangoo helps in case of knee, hip, and spine injuries and prevents joint problems. This cardio-type training is recommended for everyone regardless of age and gender.
